The health food business is$50billion plus and alternative treat-ment is growing daily. If people could be healed by eating right and living right avoiding all daily poisons that are put into our food and water,then the world would be a happy place to live. "..He that endure to the end,the same shall be saved"Matthew24-13 Start with water to drink,to cook with and to bathe in,know the source is pure and know the content of minerals in your water so those missing minerals can be supplied the body. Avoid all sugar and processed foods. Build your body like a temple for the Holy Spirit of God to dwell. Eat slow and careful to chew all food a 100 times until it melts away,drink nothing at all until at least 15 minutes after your meal. Eat nothing cooked with hydrogenated oils or margarine,nothing fried. It will take a school to teach people to cook and eat or not cook and eat raw vegetables to get the benefit of nutrition God has provided from the earth in plant and water that comes out of the ground and rebuilds our bodies. "Then let them which are in Judea flee to the mountains"Mat24-16 There are 84 minerals identified as being in water and in plants and most make up our cells that make our body,we are from dirt of the earth,mining of these minerals in Utah is successful and more complete it seems. To teach people to recognize what is right to eat and to drink is part of the job. It takes a school to teach. "But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps"25-4. To breathe right and exercise daily is also vital to life,to dis-spell fear and teach people a right relationship with God. To be separated from the 90 percent wrong foods full of sugar and pois-ons that decorate our daily pathway to cheat us out of feeling so good and strong,to deplete our energy and cloud our mind. To rise up above the temptation of this to eat from the tree of life in a garden of God's life and health to a productive life of great joy of peace to see,smell,feel,hear and taste pure life with nature. It takes praise for the living God Almighty to see the way. It takes a total plan of understanding to prepare one for health and long life lived to the fullness of God's creation. Every per-son must break the addiction and be free. The addiction to sugar and foods that kill must be broken with an awareness of what goes into our bodies or touches our skin. Foods that heal and keep our blood sugar level constant without taxing our bodies or depleting our energy and our spirit. Our children deserve to live a quality life and to have seasoned parents that fear god and contribute, Lord,make me willing to serve and obey thy calling and will. It takes a city to start recovery,it takes a people willing to sacrifice,it takes a vision to prescribe the future. It takes a miracle to make it happen. It takes one person determined. This takes faith in ourselves first. Let us fix this mess freedom has brought us. Let us start new in 2000 to live timelessly without the clock that ages us in society that depresses us. Let us start here to generate quality life for all people free of vices in the dependent world we live. Stop,look and listen to what this media is telling us and what corporate America is selling us. It takes a place of smiling faces and wonderful places,where water flows and nature glows. It takes a beating heart and a living soul.
